Samiha Harun

Samiha is a photographer based in Montreal. She started her career with a teaching degree, but soon immersed herself in the creative path of photography. She graduated from Dawson College’s Professional Photography program in 2019, having discovered a passion for portrait and fashion photography.

Samiha’s style of portraiture focuses on vulnerability and honesty in order to create an impactful photograph. She loves the world of fashion photography for its potential and creative freedom, and the chance to experiment and test boundaries. She approaches fashion photography from the details, building images through textures, shapes, shadows and light to create her signature aesthetic.

Above all, Samiha likes working with people. She is looking forward to growing as an artist, and hopes to continue working with people to cultivate knowledge and refine her skills.
